St. Joseph's and UALR can also be respectable opponents, although they're exactly the sort of annoying teams that teams in mid-major conferences end up having to schedule: potentially good enough to beat you on their night, especially at their place, but without the recognition -- especially UALR -- to get you any props from the talking heads when you beat them. The pundits at least know St. Joe's because they're from a big eastern city and are really good every few decades, even if they're bad in a given season, but what does poor, depressed Dick Vitale care if you beat UALR?

I understand UALR is having a pretty good year, but otherwise aren't they historically putrid?

CU fans blaming bad coaching for this loss and others this season. I wonder if Coach Mac could do something genetically to save his job? After all it was genetics that got Creighton to all of those one and done tournament appearances a few years back. If so, he better get busy and hurry.
