Thank God for medicare and medicaid for THIS and possibly the next generation that are able to take advantage of it. Because it's unsustainable and cannot survive in its current form for two more generations. And Obamacare does nothing but exacerbate the problem, making sure that while YOU may be cozy on medicare your grandchildren will not. To say single payer countries are grossly mistreating elderly by posting articles from right wing sources is not fact but a gross misrepresentation. Are there problems yes,no system is perfect. On a serious note, would you accept a report published by The Oxford Press? Pretty reliable. By the way, this IS about UK nursing homes. Also, they call nursing homes "Care Homes" in Europe, not hospitals. When you see a story that headlines with the word "Hospital" they are referring to a hospital. When they say "Care Home" they mean nursing home. Funny thing about the Britts, the language is the same... but different. Here.s the link.
