Department of Justice officials filed a motion in federal court late Wednesday seeking a 27-month delay in producing correspondence between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s four top aides and officials with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a closely allied public relations firm that Bill Clinton helped launch.

Of course Lynch is going to accept what the FBI recommends - because she already know what it is. It is now timing. They are leaking the narrative already that "yeah, she mishandled classified information, but it was not because of her willful negligence, but because she trusted others to be competent. So yes she broke the law technically, but there is no evidence she did it with any malice".
