Trump gets all the delegates in South Carolina. Bush is out so it's pretty much a three man race from here on out. Rubio regains support as he basically ties Cruz for 2nd, ten points behind Trump. IMO Cruz is the loser. Should of done better with all the evangelicals.

Not true. S. Carolina is a hybrid winner take all state. Winner gets 29/50 delegates. The rest of the delegates come from districts and divided out according to winners. I haven't seen the final vote count yet.

Cruz is finished, if he could not get his base out to support him in South Carolina it is not going to happen.

He better make a deal with Rubio.

The better deal is Rubio & Kasich. Win Ohio & Florida and it's over for Bill and the barking dog show.

                All 50 to Trump.

Sorry but Trump does not get all of the delegates. There are no winner take all states until Super Tuesday (I think Super Tuesday is when winner take all begins). He will win most of the delegates but not all.

The way South Carolina determines who wins its delegates is pretty tricky, so here's the gist — whoever gets the most votes in the state automatically receives 29 of the 50 total delegates. After that, three delegates are awarded to the winner of each congressional district, of which there are seven.

Because Trump won the primary across the whole state, he was given those 29 delegates right off the bat. Late Saturday evening, 98 percent of the vote results were in, and The Hill reported that Trump had won all but two counties. Congressional districts are made up of multiple counties, so losing two counties doesn't necessarily mean Trump lost two congressional districts; however, he might have. In the counties that Trump lost (two of the state's three most populous), Rubio had the most support.

Morning Joe tweeted that Trump won 50, NY Times reports 44 for Trump now and says it is a winner take all system.

Trump received 29 delegates for winning the SC primary. Trump then won 21 delegates (3 each from each of the 7 congressional districts) because he won each district for a total of 50 of 50. The primary delegates where winner take-all, each district was winner take-all.

Where have you seen this? JJ's article reports that Trump is likely to win all 50 delegates. I have also seen articles that said that Trump received at least 44 delegates and another article that reported that Trump received 44 delegates and Rubio the rest.

You may be correct, but I haven't seen it as for sure yet. However, you right about the process about this not be a winner take all state and it is a hybrid.

Looks like we can put to rest the narrative that Trump's support is a bunch of blue collar know nothings too.

You took the words out of my mouth. People say that Trump tells it like it is. He is very good at creating drama. As President, he will be the "Drama creator in Chief" instead of the Commander in Chief. You can't make up the things he says and people ignore. :)
