  • Will Hillary get indicted?

Nice to see the Inspector General's offices for two departments recommending a grand jury be impaneled to hear the evidence:

Nice to see that someone is trying to shine a light onto this. Even better that it go through a grand jury process, which should be more objective and less political. I already know that Hillary's a snake, I don't need Darrell Issa to tell me what I already know.

The Bernie Sanders Socialists and Tea Party Conservatives need to unite over demanding the outright illegal activities of Hillary Clinton be prosecuted.

    Will it happen?

History has shown her and her husband to be almost untouchable.

Hillary Clinton email inquiry not linked to criminal wrongdoing, official says

Despite reports to the contrary earlier on Friday, investigation isn’t criminal; campaign spokesman Nick Merrill criticizes New York Times’ ‘false’ claim

US investigators have asked the Justice Department to look into a “potential compromise of classified information” surrounding the private email server used by former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, a department official said on Friday.

The official said the referral by the investigators did not relate to possible criminal wrongdoing, despite saying earlier on Friday that it did. Another US official said it was unclear whether classified information was mishandled and that the referral did not necessarily suggest any wrongdoing by Clinton, the leading Democratic candidate in the 2016 presidential race.
“Any released emails deemed classified by the administration have been done so after the fact, and not at the time they were transmitted,” campaign spokesman Nick Merrill said in a statement.

Merrill also criticised the New York Times, which first reported the referral by the inspectors general.

“It is now more clear than ever that the New York Times report claiming there is a criminal inquiry sought in Hillary Clinton’s use of email is false,” he said.

Merrill added: “It has now been discredited both by the Justice Department and the ranking member of the House oversight committee [Democrat Elijah Cummings]. This incident shows the danger of relying on reckless, inaccurate leaks from partisan sources.”

One can only shake their head at the obfuscation of facts by the mainstream media with regards to stories associated with Hillary Clinton. I've never seen the actions of a (very) public figure so summarily and intentionally ignored in my lifetime. The woman could club a pregnant seal to death, carve out the baby, grill it and eat it, and the MM story would be about HC's support of "sustainable" agriculture.

This is true. I don't understand it one bit. If this was anyone else, anyone, even Obama, more would be heard. Instead, she sits in her bunker, allows Republicans to ruin each other, and let's the press kiss her ass.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

QUESTION: “As president, would you sign a bill—yes or no, please—in favor of allowing the Keystone XL pipeline,” said the man in the audience at a town hall in Nashua on Tuesday.
HILLARY: “This is President Obama’s decision, If it’s undecided when I become president, I will answer your question.”

Not only could she club a baby seal with no consequences, but she would be praised for killing Cecil the Lion.

Imagine is any of the republican front-runners responded in a similarly ambiguous manner to a question relating to "womens' rights" or immigration or education or some-such. Front page of every newspaper in the county the very next day. Lambasted for not being forthright or truthful.

Every time I see this topic's title, I get so hopeful only to realize that is nothing but a tease!

I wish I could be hopeful too. I saw a poll today showing that Hillary has very strong negative polling numbers - now 52% and climbing steadily. I think she dodged a bullet on this one, but there's residual starting to stick to her. I was very disappointed that the referral was not a criminal one. However, an investigation might be able to discover more information. which could generate more controversies and with them, bad publicity.

You can only have so many of these controversies before the negatives start to pile up.

Hillary will be elected. She could shoot a dog, rape a goat, murder 15 minority children, make a porno- a bad porno and rob a bank, and she will get elected. She knows it.

And yes, she has the equipment to rape a goat.

Hillary has much better "friends" than Obama. And I'm not just talking Franklin, Lincoln, and Washington. She and Jeb Bush have the backing of the finance industry (seriously, look where the money is coming from) and massive networks of contacts from their families. Really hard for a news network to rat on her when she is best friends with the CEO of every major news network and represents the interests of the networks financial backers. Obama didn't come into to the race backed by Goldman Sachs or with a political network that had already been established through multiple Presidential runs.

For example of what a powerful friend can do for Hillary, just look a Trump. He backed her Presidential campaign, and now he is blowing up Republican opposition before it even begins. Trump's run is no accident; even if he honestly thinks he'll win he knows running is probably going to help Hillary out in the long run. This way even if he loses his bet is hedged.

But he did - some of his biggest backers were:

                              1. Goldman Sachs
                              2. Microsoft
                              3. Google
                              4. Stanford
                              5. Columbia University
                              6. Morgan Stanley
                              7. Sidley Austin
                              8. University of California

Goldman Sachs gave at ratio of slightly greater than 2 to 1 to Obama over Hillary. Where Hillary had an advantage was with the PAC. She pulled more more from Labor than Obama pulled from all PAC contributions.

What even more interesting is more money from those employed in the U.S. Government and the Department of Justice flowed to Obama over Hillary.

Obama money came from the following states.

                              CA - $76 Million
                              NY - $50 Million
                              Illinois - $28 Millon
                              Mass - $ 21 Million
                              All Others - $206 Million

                              Hillary
                              NY - $28 Million
                              CA - $23 Million
                              FL - $9 Million
                              Texas - $7 Million
                              All Others - $63 Million

When you compare quarter by quarter it is clear there was a considerable force early that didn't want Clinton elected in 2008. Then as thing went and it was clear he was going to win he blows her away.

Obama (Hillary) - $ in millions
                              Q1 - 8 (8)
                              Q2 - 26 (36)
                              Q3 - 59 (63)
                              Q4 - 21 (28)
                              Q5 - 23 (27)
                              Q6 - 133 (73)
                              Q7 - 104 (44)
                              Q8 - 264 (-12)
