BREAKING: DISASTROUS jobs report - only 12,000 jobs added in the US over the last month, way below expectation of over 100,000. And the prior two months' job gains has been REVISED DOWN BY 112,000. Manufacturing jobs loss: 46,000.

BUT, GOVERNMENT jobs continue to increase. Public sector is draining the blood out of the private sector. Not good. Need Musk to clean house asap by reducing government jobs by at least 50% the first year. They produce NOTHING !

I'm surprised they Biden administration didn't get the Boeing strike over with. That strike is huge hit on job numbers.

That's unrealistic, although I love where you're head is at. Musk should IMMEDIATELY announce a hiring freeze. Let attrition eat away for awhile. People that get promoted when spots open get to take the better job and absorb the work of both (or spread it around. Believe me, there are plenty of spaces to spread).

Start there. You don't need shock and awe.

            • I do realize it's unrealistic from the standpoint it won't be nearly that drastic. Having said that, keep in mind, the government doesn't produce anything. If you had such a business how long would you employ people who didn't add anything to your bottom line? If large corporations need labor they could absorb the gov't layoffs and we could shut down the border solving another huge problem. Next target the Dept of Education

I am in COMPLETE agreement with you. But there are private sector areas that are reliant on some of these departments etc. All I'm saying is stop the growth immediately, then see what attrition does. Hell, IF we were actually eliminating Fed jobs (and not playing a shell game) I'd be for incenting people to return to the private sector via bonuses or maybe tax credits. Certainly many of these folks are capable of working in the private sector? (Maybe I'm being a bit generous with that thinking......)

Final week of the campaign: - Horrible US jobs report & worse-than-expected core inflation data. - Illegal immigrant (who entered unlawfully & was released under Biden-Harris) charged with anti-Semitic terror attack & hate crime. Top two GOP themes are economy & immigration.

I'm glad you posted this. A perfect example of misinformation. Mark Cuban absolutely did not say that "no strong, intelligent women support Trump".

You should immediately block the source you received this misinformation from and not be part of the problem by sharing it with others.

The hypocrisy with Trump supporters is embarrassing and astounding. What I can't fully determine is if it's on purpose or not. Giving Trumpers the benefit of the doubt is a double-edged sword, because the only alternative to guilty is ignorant.

That reality only exists in your mind (and many other Trumpers).

I took a deep dive on the "sToLeN eLeCTioN" back in 2020, and not only did I find a million opportunities for Trump to have his case heard (he didn't have any hard evidence); but of the discrepancies that were found elsewhere, some helped Trump, and some helped Biden. NO DISCREPANCY was found to have, in any way, altered the outcome of the election.

Reality is WAY more boring than delusion, but I invite you today to start trying it out again. The big bonus is when all the lemmings run off the cliff in a few days, you can stand next to me on an adjacent ledge, watching it all happen. I don't know if you have it in you though. There's incredible peace in numbers - regardless if the entire herd is headed straight for the slaughter.

The Federal Govt. is the largest employer in the U.S. (2M jobs). And they are good jobs.

Any poster saying/thinking/agreeing with something akin to what ol' boy just said about needing to cut 50% of the gubament jobs, should just go back to watching sports. I mean, you'd destabilize the entire country and wreck the economy.

Elon is not a stable person and has multiple businesses supported by the Fed Govt. I suspect he has an agenda and it likely begins with NASA.

But a comedian makes a joke about Puerto Ricans and Trump is NAZI FASCIST RACIST. Had nothing to do with what was said but he gets lambasted for it and the left wing media front pages it for a week straight. But no comment on that misinformation eh?

Youre a left wing trolling nut job that’ll hopefully be crickets like you always do when you’re wrong in a few days.
