I wonder if Trump will push hard to investigate all the "cheating" in Philly now that he won................................

        What a dishonest, bloated, orange-tinted clown-turd.

Now... the 32 Russian bomb threats that shut down predominantly black polling locations for as much as an hour absolutely DID have an effect on the final tally in Georgia. I expect the Trump team will thoroughly investigate those attacks on our Democracy and hit Russia with new sanctions. I mean... if he can find the time to do so with as busy as he'll be divvying up Ukraine's blood-stained land w/ Putin and Co.
Yah that makes sense, considering the amount of black vote he had, particularly in Georgia, is what helped seal the election.

        What an ignoranus.

I thought they did a good job and loved the benchmark comparisons. The anchor, we'll call him Mannequin Dude, wasn't unsettling. They had Rinse Preebus (wtf kindofa name..) and Christie chirping all night next to the seething black chic w/ the otherworldly hair. I also watched CBS a bit because it has the old, ugly white lady that broke down last time Trump won. She was much more composed this time. In fact, both networks were very composed and professional. ABC should have called the election earlier than they did, but no matter. They wanna keep eyes on sets so they can keep pumping the commercials. I'm sure this is a big revenue night for them.

Like I said earlier, I'm losing no matter who wins. I feel like I lost a little less with the way everything went down last night. I'll hope for the best even though we all know the guy's an Asshat, child, narcissist, liar, ignorant clown. Does that beat an "empty suit"? Check back in four years.

I think I would prefer president by committee. We can have 6 folks, a left and right wing nut, two moderates, and one independent deciding on the business of the Executive branch. I think I like that idea a lot!
You don’t know, understand, nor care about History, and then it will repeat itself. She was closer to a dictatorship than Trump was.

And to a lesser degree, Trump's 2020 vote totals. There were clearly significant issues in 2020, a year when you'd have expected slightly lower turnout due to Covid.
The 2020 election is an outlier. Covid really charged people up on both side of the issue and drove that election. If you take that issue along with the ease of early voting/absentees voting I am not surprised by the higher turn out that year.

So, the inference is 15 million, over the median, voted in support of covid restrictions. But yesterday those 15 million just plain weren't charged up enough to get out of the house. We do agree ballot harvesting was the difference in 2020.

And on a similar note; this dude below is bat-**it crazy! Cold must listen to this dude every day, based upon their similar fuzzy and paranoid logic:

              • Hard to argue the hand of God wasn’t involved the day Trump moved his head at the exact right time and avoid assassination by centimeters.

                • I think someone mentioned it already, but even with all the shadiness of the 2020 election, it actually works out better Trump lost that one and won 2024:

                  - Control of the both sides of congress. Can get laws proposed and through quicker with the house and appointments confirmed quicker with the Senate.

                  - A better VP. One who could actually inspire voting in two future elections.

                  - Might be able to replace a couple more SCJ seats if people step down.

                  - COVID is completely in the rear view mirror and won’t have that cloud hanging over everything.

                  - Can learn from the mistakes from his past term. Both in his decisions and in the people he should/shouldn’t have trusted.

                  - He won both the EC and popular vote and based on how the Left reacted in 2020, they have no card to play in challenging the legitimacy of a Trump victory.

                  - Since he can’t be reelected again, they won’t be able to attack him as hard as durning his first term. Any attacks they have on his potential successor would only embolden support for that candidate, so they can’t do that either.

Ummm.... if you're a believer, you might wanna revisit the good book at your earliest convenience if you think God and Trump are "on the same page" LMFAO!

While I’m doing that, you can also go back and see all the people God blessed or called to a purpose with far worse backstories than Trump and question his almighty judgement on why he would do such a thing.

I didn't say covid restrictions I said covid, that includes a lot of things. Being for/against restrictions, Trump's handling of it, his demeanor in his briefings, someone they knew died, they lost a job, park benches, etc. Covid happened and you had to take it out on someone and Trump was it, it pushed people who are apolitical out to vote. This election didn't have that for the Dems.

It had it for Trump. The unfair double standard of the impeachments, the constant indictments, the perception that the Dems are coming after him for political reasons. I am sure this backfired on the Ds and pushed some to get out and vote R.

I understand. But in 2024 they are now blah about President Trump and all is forgiven.

                            • Time heals... squirrel. People in general are easily distracted from things that don't really interest them. They didn't have 4 years of covid unlike the Rs had 4 years of attack Trump.

Most people don't call into customer service because they are happy with a product, getting mad at something motivates people. So, yes I think it is possible that 15 mil people didn't vote this year.

If our park bench troll is to be believed, which we all know he can't, i quote

"So in the end, I believe Kamabalala is the "safer" choice for America, but both candidates will make us more weak ultimately IMO. Therefore it's checkmate for a guy like me. I still might write somebody in, although most likely, I won't even show up."

Plus no ballot harvesting as well for this election. We agree. Semantics.
