He's trying to downplay that he is going to rid us of carbon energy and stop fracking, etc. He now says he won't do that until 2035. I don't trust him on any of it, and the working man, and middle class will pay the price.

All we have to do is look at all of the money thrown at Solyndra just 5 years ago or so, and you can see where he will go to keep his base happy. He will stop natural gas and other forms of energy that the U.S. has thrived on and become the leader of the world in the past 4 years or so, and kept us from needing the Middle East and move to unproven forms of energy as soon as possible and won't care if it is ready or not to be used. That will drive up the cost of energy, and make us subservient to the Middle East, and Russia once again.

He says we will be at zero emissions by 2035, but doesn’t say how to get there. One way would be to drastically cut our energy usage. This would require rolling blackouts and gasoline rationing. A second way to get there would be to replace fossil fuel based power with low density (solar panels and wind mills) energy or high density (nuclear) energy sources. For the replacement strategy, we would need to build one new nuclear power plant every two weeks or one new windmill every hour. A Third option would be to invent a scaled up version of carbon capture.

CO2 emissions are highest from wood, then coal, petroleum, natural gas. Natural gas is mostly from fracking, and he wants to eliminate this and not replace with nuclear. No one is serious about being carbon neutral until they scale up nuclear.

He certainly hasn’t been perfect and I would agree that he’s at fault with people on his task force, and then complaining about the people he gives the job to. As far as the rally’s, I personally didn’t have a problem with them especially when it became okay for BLM and antifa to burn our cities down.

Well, I do not subscribe to such. I believe we should have a much higher standard of logic, common sense, and accountability than a group of foolish, white, Snowflakes.

We have empirical evidence to show us that this isn’t the Black Plague scenario we were told was going to happen. We’ve had what, just over 2,000 cases in Sedgwick county with 28 deaths? A problem yes, but hardly a doomsday scenario. With the videos of officials and supposed experts stating that they’re labeling deaths COVID even when the cause of death wasn’t due to the virus, the deceased just happened to test positive. We also know healthcare facilities have financial incentive to claim this.

Pretty convinced this isn't that serious eh? Italy, Spain, France, UK, Iran, Brazil, NYC, NJ,... now India and Africa are surging. Not to mention we are the world leader in infections with a substantial boost in deaths just around the corner.

Do you know what cures the Black Plague btw? Plain old antibiotics. The reason it was so deadly is because it spread throughout a primitive civilization. How did they stop it? Social distancing.

I'm willing to consider that Trump will be reelected. For my family, personally, no big deal. In my opinion, four more years of decreased stature in the world, environmental degradation, likely a hot war with Iran or China due to a miscalculation and few allies. All survivable. Probably end up with a sharp overcorrection to the left in 2024. Nevertheless, I'll accept the outcome and move on.

A tepid France economy where a huge majority of the citizenry will be on the government dole (we already have quite a lot but it will get more) beginning at the age of 54, and the government pays for all medical bills will be the best possible result. Venezuela would also be a possibility at some point.

If Europe, the Middle East, South America and the East Coast can't figure this Bat Flu out, why do you expect your President to be able to? Do you understand?

But aren't you glad your President enacted new guidelines to have all patient information concerning the Bat Flu be sent to a database in DC? Hopefully that will assist in alleviating all of the questions concerning accurate ICU capacity, et. al.
