This is statement I agree with. Her ***** father just announced a political rally on Juneteenth in Tulsa, the site of a brutal massacre of black Americans by the white establishment. Given the audience makeup of his rallies, it's pretty hard to misread that message. It's not quite to the level of the American Nazi Party

I’m surprised you aren’t more concerned in the Democrats who forcefully with fear and violence took over the city and Police building in Seattle and are extorting business owners in that neighborhood to pay them for protection. No law enforcement except from the Marxist Democrat rioters who have taken over that district. The Marxist rioters are using Nazi tactics very well to gain and maintain power over the citizens.

So Juneteenth is the date to celebrate the EMANCIPATION of SLAVES so you jump to a conclusion that the Trump rally is designed to icelebrate a 1921 Race riot.

Now that Golden appears to be staying, my advice for the upset donors is to not make any decisions now, and think on it a bit. Request a sit-down with Golden and have a dialogue about why you're upset. But also be open to hearing his side, which I'm sure will be nuanced. Pulling your support for the university and what it's trying to do for the community isn't going to help anyone. Be an example of how differing sides can continue to work toward a common goal and learn from one another.

Maybe I'm being selfish. I have a current WSU student and two step-kids who are seriously considering attending. I'm not happy with how this whole thing was handled, but I would hate to see all of Bardo's hard work be for naught and the university set back a decade or more.

If I had said "There will be riots and bloodshed because of this" I would agree with him. I just stated what I believe to be a pretty obvious fact: It's provocative and meant to be so.

I caught that as well. More accurately he bows prostrate in thanksgiving to the BOR. He had a chance to “stand” for something but his cowardice and lack of character got all of us in this stupid mess to begin with. True character and virtue is only seen when tested. May we all hope to stand for things when they aren’t popular but are right none the less.

Mrs. Carney has a message. Reading the comments to the post, it's remarkable how many people wrongly associate WHO is giving the speech as the reason why Ivanka was cancelled rather than focusing on the real issue; free speech and being tolerant and open minded.

How deliciously ironic would it be if one of the student petitioners lost their scholarship due to the donor pulling their funding. They would probably just blame _____ Trump.
