Boise St. trounced San Jose St 48-0, while Wisconsin beat San Jose St by 11..at home, in Madison. They can't keep vaulting teams over Boise. No college football playoff system is one of the reasons I prefer the NFL.

Some of you are overthinking this. If Alabama wins out, they play for the NC. I'm no Bama fan, it's the system that stinks.

So, there's really only one spot remaining. No matter how hard the voters try, the computers will essentially pick the other spot, as well.

How much would it pain everyone to see 1 loss Nebraska pass by undefeateds Boise and TCU and pair with Bama for the mythical championship?

Pain. One does have to think that Alabama or Auburn is going to play for the National Championship, barring a terrible showing in the SEC Championship.

Oregon's last hurdle, for the most part, is in the Coliseum this weekend. If I had to guess, Oregon v Alabama, which sucks.
