  • Brad Paisley to open IBA

    BFD ... what a letdown.

I guess I'll have to get a haircut or manicure that day ... oh wait ... sCUm at WSU that day ... I'll be celebrating.

I'm not a big country fan, but this guy is a major artist.

        Good for Wichita.

To each his own....I'd have much the same reaction if MasterP was the opening act.

Brad is a huge CW talent and extraordinarily popular, and I'd take the family in a heartbeat if CU wasn't in town.

          That being said, F CU.

I know he's a pretty good name in country but not someone I'd personally go see. I was hoping for something better.

For some perspective, Wichita has never had any problems pulling big name country talent in for concerts.

                  I will second that motion.

I saw Miranda Lambert for free in Vegas last summer. She's pretty good in a raunchy country singing sort of way.

Rumor has it that Clay Aiken will be making an appearance soon. :innocent:

I do not think Brad will be the main (only) attraction at IBA in Jan. My guess is there will be another announcement within a month.

This is the freaking headliner we've been waiting months for?

                              Seriously?

I'm pretty pissed off about this. Tulsa opens their arena with Paul McCartney and we open with NoName McNonamey, a country star?

I'm beginning to think all the talk of them having tons of stuff lined up was just a lie. This is just sad.

Beating sCUm will be much better anyways.

                              ... No really, deuces.
