Yeah pretty much. Everybody loves a good car wreck - isn't that why people watch NASCAR?

There was a time when Cold was pretty funny and creative on VT. He was awesome at getting the dawgies and bj's goats.

Then something happened and his personality changed and he was no longer funny but just mean and at times hate filled. About the same time he started posting more on SN and started trashing fellow shocker fans.

Shocker fans get into quarrels all the time with each other, i.e. me.

Just because you don't agree with someone on certain things or don't "get" some people's humor, doesn't mean you should just cut 'em off. Yes, he went over the line a few times, but debates can get heated at times. We all know that. He just might not know when to turn the switch off. If you don't like what he says, simply ignore him.

The fact that this is on the verge of 3 pages and undoubtedly the most talked-about topics right now shows really how starved we are for "seeing a car wreck."

Give him another shot. Whether you like him or not, he still bleeds yellow and black.

After learning more of the details, it is clear that he went WAY over the line in several different respects, and never really tried to abide by requests to follow the rules and policies of posting on SN. This includes taking it beyond SN in ways that went too far as well. The ban stands. Please remember that SN is a privately owned entity that is open to the public, much like your favorite tavern. If you went to your watering hole and proceeded to trash everyone including the owner, you would be shown the door and asked to not return.

So soon you guys forget the impact Cold had on this place. Towards the end when he hit rock bottom he put his stamp on just about every thread towards the top of the page. It was impossible to ignore. I’d log onto SN and low and behold the first dozen or so threads at the top of the page would have Cold stamped as the “Author” and “Last Post”. Dude would reply to his own posts and would literally be “talking to himself” online. :wacko: :wacko::wacko: This place began to resemble VT-Lite.

I’m glad to see our new leader is off to a good start. But if it stands that he trashed the previous owner then it was hardly a tough decision to make.
