The easiest opponents remaining appear to be at Oakland and at Cincinnati. Now I know they came close today, but I wouldn't really call any road game winnable, especially when one's a bitter rival who already has one W on ya. You could argue Miami at home is winnable, but they've looked better as of late, knocking off Buffalo pretty handily.
Care to elaborate on the 'lots of winnable games'.Deuces Valley.
... No really, deuces.

NO, BUF, @OAK, SD, MIA, @CIN all look like winnable games to me. BUF is the least likely but I still am not a believer they are that great. If KC can play like they did today (big big if) they will win at least half of these I listed. My point is that I believe it's unlikely KC gets the first pick as I believe they will finish with at least 4 wins.

I dont see KC getting 4 wins, but even we we dont get 1 win, i dont think we get the number 1 pick because i cant see detroit winning a game.Follow me on twitter: https://twitter.com/Shox_KCfan

I can see 2-3 wins maybe, Miami has shown the ability to beat some teams so they are better than their record indicates. If anyone thinks NO is a winnable game I'd like to put some money on it, Brees will pass for 500 yards easy sitting back there with absolutely no pass rush. Neither SD game is winnable as LT should go for 200 and 2 TD's no sweat in each. Cincy is winnable as they're just awful. You have to remember this same Jets team you're gauging the Chiefs by just struggled and lost to Oakland so they're far from a juggernaut themselves!
When DJ dropped the INT I knew it was over, that was the play they were looking for to lose it. Flowers still tried to pull it out, but that was so sickening to watch KC go 3 and out 3x in the 4th qtr. They didn't have a first down til the last drive! As someone else said you have the worst D in the league and you run in the line 3 times. They absolutely could not go that conservative-but you know if they'd thrown incomplete and lost Herm would be criticized in the media, but just running in the line 3x instead its "Favre pulled out another late game comeback." Herm's a chicken and its time for him to go!
As far as the #1 pick, if McCoy doesn't come out is there a QB you'd want #1 overall? I think there will be any number of high quality QB's to be had later in the first or even second round. I'd rather they go stud OL (if there is one) at #3 (assuming Cincy & Det go 1-2) and get a QB later rather than reach for someone there.

It looks like Culpepper won't be coming to Kansas City.
Quarterback Daunte Culpepper visited the Detroit Lions Tuesday morning and has initiated contract negotiations following a workout.
The Chiefs contacted Culpepper last week and he was intrigued enough to come out of retirement and consider a visit to Kansas City.
That visit didn't happen, and each side has gone its separate way.

Well.. that was a monumental collapse.
Up 24-3 in the 2nd quarter.. to a perfect KC chokejob finish in OT.
That's gotta give Chief fans butterflies.
This was a game that was just about impossible to lose, but the Chiefs executed the loss to perfection and continue their quest for No.1 (you know the No.1 I'm talking about).
And Cincinnati won too!
Damn choking Lions.. :-x It's obvious they're stealing plays from the Chief playbook. Damn thieves!Deuces Valley.
