Everyone knows this is a rebuilding year for the Chiefs, let's continue to rebuild this team by continuing to lose in order to get that #1 pick. C'mon Chiefs, don't let me down.

Carl is gone as soon as hit contract is up. He's already been given less duties than in the past.

It's sucks about Croyle. He actually came out and was looking pretty good. He stood in there and took a few shots and then got twisted around a little on that last pass and apparently damaged the knee and he's done for the year.

I still don't like Huard. Lets just go with Thigpen or Ingle Martin the rest of the way. The number two draft pick looks doable. (The Bengals might be worse than us...)

I also say we go ahead and drop Novak and bring in someone else. Even if it's Connor Barth. I thought Barth looked a little better in preseason anyway.

Gonzo is still a stud.

Who did we drop to pick up Bradley? And why wasn't it Darling?

I think most Chiefs fans are. I was rooting for a fumble or INT or something there on that drive that they hit the FG. Croyle will never amount to anything, because he can't stay healthy. He hasn't been healthy yet as a Chief. He wasn't at Alabama. He wasn't in HS according to the announcers. He was never the guy that they should have tried to build upon.

Huard needs to be relegated to practice squad duties. Thigpen is super inconsistent as a passer. Maybe a free agent aquiring is gonna happen this week? Culpepper maybe?

Sub, didn't the Chiefs lose to Cinci? If so, then KC is the worst. They are pathetic terrible, and I don't think they could beat the top 10 teams in College right now.

On a side note, did anyone see Johnson play the Bongos? That was classic.

the Chiefs havent played Cinci this year. But it is debatable who is the worst team between us,the lions and the bengals.

IMO i would like to see a FA QB signing of some sort to go along with a drafted QB to bring along. I still think we should draft more OL to help protect whatever QB is back there.

All this comes second to firing Herm and Carl.

Cinci will win some games, but the team we need to watch out for is Detroit. The rest of their schedule is brutal, and so are they, they may not win a game. And they need a qb just as bad as we do. Im praying either Sam Bradford or Matt Stafford declare for the draft this year. Im a big time NFL fan, and have watched a crap load of games, and I seriously am debating to myself this question. Are the chiefs the worst NFL team ever?

Heres my list of new Head Coach that i want the chiefs to pursue. I want a up and comer, i dont want a guy that will be here for 3 years and retire.

1. Josh McDaniels (OC for the patriots)
2. Lane Kiffin
3. Jason Garrett (OC for cowboys) - Prolly wont happen, but this is a wishlist, isnt it.
4. Ron Riveria (DC for the chargers)
5. Rex Ryan (DC for the Ravens)
6 Mike Singletary (Assistant Head Coach for the 49ers)
7.Jim Caldwell – Assistant Head Coach/Quarterback Coach, Indianapolis
8.Mike Heimerdinger – Assistant Head Coach, Denver
9.Perry Fewell – Defensive Coordinator, Buffalo
10. Ron Meeks – Defensive Coordinator, Indianapolis

While its early to start talking about it, I'd have Rivera at #1, he's deserved a shot for a long time and been passed over. How long has McDaniels been at NE? Since Weiss left? They put up good #'s but with a loaded offense, so I don't know if that's indicative of his talent. And I think it'd be too soon to take a flyer on Kiffin after his Oakland experience. They need a change but can't afford to take too big a step back with an unproven coach, either.

What about coaxing Cowher out of retirement?

I think Garrett will be the HC in Dallas next year, the plan all along was set up Phillips to take the fall so he has to know his days are numbered.


I don't think KC is the worst TEAM ever but they're on pace to be the worst rushing defense ever, that's for sure. I guess statistically they have a chance to be ranked 30-32 in all O and D categories, has any other team done that? They're just unbearably awful to watch, at least the weather's been nice to do chores outside but in a few weeks it'll be cold and nascar will be over, and I might just have to *cringe* watch an entire KC game!! Yikes! ;)
