He posted on here as Eric. Really was a prince of a guy. He loved to umpire baseball games. I suppose wearing all that gear in this heat must have been too much. He passed away today while umpiring.

My apologies. My goodness. E died umpiring an 18u game in Hutch today. We were friends for 15 or 20 years. He loved baseball and softball, and the Shockers. We talked about baseball and WSU quite a bit. He followed this board. I swear he told me that he posted as Eric. Perhaps this is just more of an indication of my approaching dementia.
