I feel good about the fact that the team I support doesn't alter their opinion of domestic assault based on how fast someone can throw a baseball. A ton of the holier than thous in Chicago are hypocrites because of the whole deal. Props for that.

As a side note, I wonder what Cubs fans parted with, money wise, to get into this game....there are 1000s there, and I bet that's what they paid per ticket, and then some.

And yet these tickets plus travel were probably still cheaper than a ticket at Wrigley.

Not really. A combination of your incessant and over the top baiting coupled with a difficult day in the office caused me to succumb and take the bait. So you won that round. Still think I have a pretty big lead in our overall series though.

I hope that Chicagoans (a generally nasty and awful people) can prove me wrong and embrace Steve Bartman now for all of the horrible things they put him and his family through.

What an incredible game! WS win in extra innings! Late inning comeback! I jumped out of my chair when Hosmer came home on the throw to first, and then of course they made it comfortable in the 12th cruising to their first championship in 30 years!!

Oh, did I not mention I busted out my 2015 WS Blu-Rays this week? :)
