      • Gore did not make the roster. Zobrist's wife is due November 10 and Mondesi acts as another middle infielder in the even Zobrist has to miss a game.

          I would say that was piss poor planning by the Zobrists, but he was an Athletic at that time, so he clearly wasn't planning on playing this late in the season.

                • In Fox's pre-game Pete said for the Royals to pull back on hitting the first pitch. He wanted them to see all pitches Harvey has to offer early in the game. What does the all-time hit leader know, right.
