Thank you for your service to our country but covering up your skanky tats is the best idea.

"While we recognize that the subject did not actually steal any horses, he is obviously guilty of trying to resist being hanged for it."

Here is another story from the national wire.

Tatts or not in my younger days she could be my Ranger bunny any night.

Now, this statement is very similar to if someone came on here and responded with "Thank you for pointing me to this article but keeping your big mouth shut is the best idea."

Now I'm not gonna say that, because you have a right to express your opinion. Much like this young lady has the right to do it with her own body.

I really dislike tattoos, cannot fathom why anybody would do that. Ever. ............however, it's not up to me.

I'm fine with tats. I don't understand those who go overboard and cover most of their body, but it's their body. A couple of tats that have a significant meaning to someone are typically fine by me. I don't have any, but I'm not opposed to getting one if I find something important enough to me to get done. I've considered it a few times but will never jump into the decision. I commend Miss Kansas for not covering them up.

I"m I the only one who finds it funny that a couple of meaningful tattoos are more controversial than the fact it's a freaking beauty contest?

I'm probably the minority opinion, but I've never bought the line that these pageants are about anything more than appearances. They've tried to make it about more, but I doubt most people spend an entire evening just to hear them answer questions with empty sound bites, sing a song or play the piano. They can turn to CNN or America's Got Talent for that.

Are you saying that tattoos can't be meaningful pin?

I didn't say meaningful to you. Did you even bother to read the article?

I'm dead serious. Are you saying a tattoo can't be meaningful to the individual who gets it? That seems awfully closed minded. I understand that you don't personally like tattoos, but your response seemed rather odd to me. I get JJ calling her skanky because of them because that's what JJ does. He's a fool that nobody pays much attention to.
