Tulsa gave Okie State everything they could hanlde losing 23-28 in Stillwater. In fact, Tulsa probably should have won that game. After taking a 17-14 lead in the 4th quarter Tulsa gave up a 98 yard kick off retrun for a TD and then a 77 yard run (that almost ended in an OSU fumble by the slimmest of margins) that leead to the game winning touchdown for OSU.

Navy looks pretty bad. No offense, lousy punt game and not especially good looking uniforms.

9 minutes left in the game against Air Force in Annapolis and Midshipmen have 1 first down and are trailing 23-3. This after losing their last week at home to Marshall 7-49.

Looks like it will be a long year on the gridiron for Navy.

I said when it happened that Toledo was going to regret scoring that TD. Should have gone down, run out the clock and kicked a FG to win. That was a much stronger play than scoring and hoping you could stop ND.

Miami is losing at halftime to App State.

                  Texas looks awful tonight.

Iowa State just cannot beat Iowa for anything.

A&M has QB issues likely not to be solved this season.

Did anyone catch the end of the Army Western Kentucky game? First, Army taking the field with every player carrying a flag almost killed me. Unreal.

Army controlled the game until late, but hung on for a 3 point win. There was a mild altercation of sorts after the game, and some coaches exchanging pleasantries on the field. The Army coach downplayed it when interviewed, but it was a bad look. I don't care what happened, don't disrespect the Academies, especially on 9/11 (well never but you get my point).

The tried tricking Iowa today by wearing Penn State uniforms. Either that or they have changed their school colors.

If Iowa can run the football this year they win their conference/division. Big if, but possible. They don't play the Buckeyes (regular season) and their only 'seemingly' tough road game is at Wisconsin, which is tough for anyone to play at, including the SEC (but they wouldn't go there).

Speaking of the b10 I'd like to see that smug coach for Michigan get his butt whipped tonight.

SIU is a very solid FCS team, but the main reason the game became close was Skylar Thompson getting injured early on. It seemed like that jolted K-State in not a good way. The back up was ineffective and then some, throwing a pick six. Their defense pitched a shutout the second half and essentially won the game for them.

Ugh, I hate to see kids get hurt, but especially a guy like Thompson. 6th year, now almost certainly done. Shame.

Jacksonville State is giving FSU all they want.....just scored to pull within 3 at 17-14 with about 4 minutes left in the game.

Arizona is awful. San Diego State is obliterating them 35-7 at halftime.

USC struggling with Stanford, tied at 7.

Michigan going to beat Washington, 31-10 under a minute to go.
