Bob Lutz has been on the warpath against the team name having anything to do with aircraft or the aircraft industry. (Not that he or any of us have any say anyway.)
Good thing that is not like the sole thing this town is known for, and the most common source of employment for its citizens, or anything like that.

SHOCKvalue - dreamlifter is the giant 747 that carries parts for the dreamliner. Both are planes made by Boeing. Agreed that you're unlikely to get the green light for either name without a sponsorship from Boeing.

I would hazard a guess that Dreamliners would be a no go since (I would sure assume) it is Boeing’s intellectual property. A trademark or whatever it is in that context.
EDIT: It is the Boeing Dreamlifter, not Dreamliner. Derp.Last edited by SHOCKvalue; September 11, 2018, 11:50 AM.

My favorite from your list is Doo-Dah Dusters.
Perhaps Doo-Dah Dandies or Doo-Dah Dirtbags would be options for this theme. Or to reach way back in NBC History the Doo-Dah Dreamliners.

The Wheat Heads is what we should use. It plays of the Wheat Shockers and allows for the design just adding a grain of Wheat on the end of the swoop
