Kelsey Jacobs from Fortuna High School in California.

Nice find. I tried to find more information about Kelsey but could not find much.

Last season, Jacobs provided a powerful inside force and for the 25-5 Huskies. Not only was she an adept post player, but she flashed speed and control to take the ball coast to coast.
We can use some more size on the inside, although I have no idea what kind of size we are looking at with Kelsey. 6'3" or better would be nice.

    Should find out soon enough.

We have 2 Seniors this year so we will have 6 open Scholarships available for next year. However, I don't expect HCJA will use them all. I see her signing 3 or 4 new players at most for next year.

Is the National Signing date different for the women? HCGM said on his Coaches show that Wednesday is the first day of the fall signing period.

If she is who I think she is, she is 6'4".

In addition to Kelsey, we should have a pair of twins and a point guard committed who we will be hearing about shortly.

Apparently the point guard is Krystle Henderson of Dallas Skyline.

The Dallas Morning News lists her as one of their "20 Players to Watch."

She's 5'5" and they describe her as "Quick, and nice perimeter game."

Good to hear. Even with losing Marisa after this year, between her and Jessie we should be pretty talented at point guard.

Of course we haven't seen Krystle yet, but I'm thinking we will be more than "pretty" talented. Perhaps very talented. Mabye even "my picture will be on the scoreboad intro in the future" talented.

You won't get any argument from me on that point.

A word of advice for Ray Aspuria: There's this cool new device called the internet where you can search the correct spelling of "Wichita".

Here is some brief video of Breanna:

At GameDay we put our competitive nature to work for you. Our game is helping you compete. We believe, in business, EVERY DAY is GAMEDAY.

Breanna looks like a strong, athletic young lady. Breanna listed at 5'8" so will probably play one of the guard positions for the Shocks.

                            Welcome aboard, Breanna.
