Shocks only managed 3 hits against USD's ace. The 1st inning single by Mauriana and a homer by Laurie and a double by Ashley in the 2-run Shocker 4th.

MackenzieW-5, Kelli-7, Macklin-3, Paige-9, Madison-2, Laurie-6, McKenzieA-DP, Ryleigh-4, Ashley-8. Katie is in the circle. Dale Ryndak is the starter for the Sun Devils.

We have the same plate umpire that Drake had last night at Arizona when they walked eleven. This could be interesting or Newman could have really been that wild for Drake. The plate guy has been at the WCWS a number of times - he is definitely good.
