Shocks beat the Redbirds by 16 at Normal, by 19 in Wichita and by 16 in St. Charles.
I have not seen Penn State play. My opinion is probably colored by the athletes their Volleyball program puts on the floor.

Penn State beat Ohio State by margins of 24 and 20 in the regular season and then lost to them by 17 in their 1st game of the Big Ten Tournament. In their last 3 games PSU lost @ Nebraska by 20, beat Michigan by 15 at home and lost to Ohio State by 17 at the B1G Tournament in Indianapolis. Maybe we are catching them at a good time.
They are 12-4 at home with losses to UConn (#2 in the RPI), Notre Dame (#1), Purdue (#9) and Iowa (#23).
Are they beatable. Yes, but the Shocks will have to play one of their best games, if not absolutely their best game, of the season.Last edited by 1972Shocker; March 18, 2014, 10:33 AM.
