1972, if I only read your last three posts, I would think that the Shocks were down big. :)
They did have 4:00 minute scoring drought once Indiana State went to the zone. Alie Decker with a terrific offensive 1st half. Alex Harden with her typical all-around good game.
Shocks up 38-22 at the half.
I suspect that Indiana State will stick with the zone in the 2nd half because it is obvious they do not have the athleticism to play the Shocks straight up. I can see Indiana State perhaps trying to attack us more in the post as they have a size advantage with Laramie and Mahan.
38-22 Shocks at the half. Love to see a player as hot as Allie Decker get a quick heat check coming out of halftime. Let's see if she's going to continue her 4-4 from 3 start.

Size advantage or not, given what I have seen with us against ISU in the past, I could live with them trying to out tough us in the paint.

Michaela Dapprich has been fighting foul trouble quite a bit this year. She picked up her 2nd fairly early, but overall the Shocks are in pretty good shape foul wise. Michaela and Kelsey each have 2. Shocks only committed 6 fouls total in the 1st half. That is very good considering how active and aggressive they are on defense.
Shocks extend the lead to 19 at 50-31 at the 1st media timeout. Would be more but Anna Munn is heating up a little for Indiana State. Shocks are 5-5 from the field so far in the 2nd half.

Right on cue, Michaela picks up here 4th. However, it's 55-35 Shocks.
