2012-2013 Shocker Women's Prouty Ratings

Here is the formula used to get the Prouty Ratings.

Prouty Rating = [Offensive Efficiency + Total Offense + Possessions Gained + Win Rating] / 4

Offensive Efficiency = TP / (FGA*2 + FTA)
Total Offense = (TP + A*2 - TO) / Player MIN
Possessions Gained = (REB + S + BLK/2 - PF) / Player MIN
Win Rating = Player MIN / (Team MIN / 5) * (Wins / Game #)

And here is the grading that was used previously:

What you are doing is greatly appreciated. Thank you. We have a long way to go. Hopefully we put all of the pieces together before MVC play. Now that Kelsey is a factor, it would be nice for Jaz and Chynna to be consistent. Mix those three in with Alex and Jessie and we have a nice five on the floor.
