Last night I posted that

We do seem to have a weak link or two in the rotation that Lambo is trying to coach around.

Lambo pretty much confirmed that in tonight's pre-match interview, but until someone can step up consistently in practice he has to pretty much stay with the status quo.

I'm hoping CU will start feeling the effects of their 5-set match with UNI last night after intermission.

Emily Adney is playing very well lately. She is going to have a very good Shocker career (wonder if she would have red-shirted last year if Lindsey had not blown-out her knee).

If I remember correctly, I believe the plan was to redshirt Adney before Lindsey's injury.

I have been a big fan of Emily since I saw her first swing. She rarely gets cheated.

Can you provide more detail on the bad rotations?

Maybe rotations is not the way to say it. In my very amatuerish view, we have a couple of spots we simply are not getting much production from, specifically Amanda and Elizabeth. We also have not been very good at connecting on the quicks to the middles. That allows opponent to key more on our more productive players and on the pins. Even so, it doesn't seem to be slowing those players down much, but a little more balance would be nice.

As I said last night I don't see our play this year so much as lackluster as I do as inconsistent.

Still if we can manage to sweep this weekends matches I will be very, very pleased with the team.
