17-11 Kansas State vs our Ladies of Shocker Nation. Nebraska, barring the biggest upset in the history of the tournament, looms Saturday, but for now it's all hands on deck for the Kitties.



Kansas State should have lost to Illinois State early in the season but was able to salvage a 3-2 win.


Should be a tough match...I'd be happy to not suffer through another 5 set whiteknuckler please.

Clearly Kansas State has been ducking the Shocks for most of the past 12 seasons or so. I think there have been 3-4 meetings, with a least 1 coming in the dance before today.

Love to see the girls get the win here and get to play Nebraska. It's not how far you go, but who you get to.

I think this match is a toss up. Win or lose I hope the Shocks play well. A 5-set white-knuckler is definitely a possibility. However, if we do get a 5 point lead at match point we really need to find a way to put it away in short order. Not sure I could survive another finish like we had in the Valley tournament championship game.
