She is from Loose Creek, MO and attended Fatima High School in Westphalia, MO. Loose Creek is an unincorporated town in Osage County, MO. My Dad was born (1920) and raised in that area. A small town Midwest girl for sure.
Not sure how long she has played club with Georgia Impact. I saw Select Fastpitch, a KC area club, listed as her club in a couple of places.
Pretty solidly built at 5-8, 145. SS/3B, Class of 2025
Have to like this swing -- nice little line drive:

Gabby Scott looks like a really good get for Coach Bredbenner. Not only do we need a replacement for Lainee we need an upgrade especially offensively but also we need a better arm behind the plate. From what I have seen so far Sophie Johnson is not the answer although her opportunities have been limited.
Watch Gabriella's recruiting video • 2024 • C, OF, CF • Angleton, TX • My name is Gabby Scott. I’m a 2024 catcher/power hitter. I play for Impact Gold 18U Jackson.
Certainly looks like she packs some power into that 5-4 frame.

Looks like a pretty good arm from behind the plate. The pitches I saw were all up so she was coming out of her crouch, so that helps. She seems to have a quick release. If she can hit at this level Coach B will get her in the lineup.

The Spring Window for softball runs from Sunday, May 19, 2024 through Monday, June 17, 2024. There also was a previous and shorter Fall Window that ran from December 1, 2023 through December 15, 2023. So there will be another window this coming December.
I am guessing that Fall Window is to allow athletes who maybe were recruited over in the prior Spring Window could transfer after fall ball if the see their roles being diminished.
