MVC Tournament and NCAA At-Large Possibilities

I'd love to see 3 MVC teams in the dance. I'm just not holding my breath on it this year, as overall, the MVC is down a bit this year (in terms of RPI and Pablo and such)

Edit: Except I don't get that channel. Not on Cox 22 or 76 as advertised on the MVC website. I guess it's the radio broadcast for me. Disappointed with that.

It is on ESPN3 but it is blacked out in our area.

Shocks have had early leads in both the first 2 sets. But against UNI you just can't afford any let up in effort or focus. UNI came charging back to win set 1. Hopefully, the Shocks will be able to sustain focus better in set 2. UNI generally will not beat themselves. The Shocks will have to beat them.

Sounds like one heck of a battle but the Shocks find themselves down 0-2 (23-25, 27-29). Wish I was able to see it.

Shocks had a couple of chances to put away the 2nd set but could not make a play when they needed it. As I said, you have to make a play to beat UNI, they will not generally hand it to you.

I had to laugh at Brian Petrotta on the pre-game show when he said Bre Payton might be the best all-around player in the MVC.

Just got home and see that the match is on Fox College Sports (not sure what channel for anyone else since we have a local cable provider).

Looks competitive so far. Shox up 7-3 early in the 3rd set.
