The tough early schedule has gotten us some losses, but hopefully this is a sign that it will pay off in the long run.

I think Kennedy said something in the pregame show about expecting to see her play but it might have just turned into a if it ain't broke situation, I'm sure we will be seeing her tomorrow against Northern Colorado and almost all of the exhibition game and a ton in the Valley especially against the weaker opponents.Originally posted by SpanglerFan316Comment

WTH! A win over #14 doesn't deserve a mention on Kansas.com? Seems a little odd. Maybe they prefer to cover the match in Sunday's issue.
It will be interesting to see how Lambo handles the exhibition match with Nova KBM. It may count toward the CSU Ram Tournament Championship, but otherwise it is practice, although I do not know if our redshirt candidates can play in this match without affecting their status.
It will be the second match of the day with the Northern Colorado match being much more important.
The determination on whether Camri could play yesterday was a game day decision and for Sam it was literally a game-time decision.
I see Lambo handling this like a Spring time match. Let Chelsey take the reins at setter. Rest Hoop, Camri and Sam. Give the less experience players plenty of court time (which hopefully will include the redshirts).
We really need to focus on Northern Colorado. We simply don't want to diminish the value of last night's win over #14 CSU. Northern Colorado is capable of doing to us what we did to CSU. We can't let that happen.
