  • I watcheed the entire game VanVleet played against the #1 ranked PG. Van Vleet was not putplayed in that game. I didn't see the games against the #3 and #5 PG's, but the reports are that FVV ate those guys for lunch. The game I saw doesn't appear to be an anomaly. There's evidence FVV's good game against the #1 guy wasn't because the #1 guy was off.

The #1 guy's coach even said they tried everything they had to stop Van Vleet and nothing worked. The results when Van Vleet got his hands on the ball in the flow of the offense back up that claim by the coach.

The #1 PG in the nation could not stop FVV when FVV got his hands on the ball in the flow of the offense. Either Fred was scoring or he forced a defensive error and found an open guy.

I don't care where FVV is rated by the services.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

      • Colorado is now in Buddy's sights:

Bel Aire (Kan.) Sunrise Christian shooting guard prospect Buddy Hield, who saw his stock take off this summer, is strongly considering Colorado. He loves that the Buffaloes play and up-tempo brand of basketball. A long list of colleges are expected to stop by and chat with him during the fall contact period, which begins on Sept. 9. Hield plans to start setting up his official visits after meeting with coaches. Hield is from the Bahamas, he moved to the United States last August. Hield has risen up to No. 94 on the Rivals150 list.

"I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

I don't think Adam knows anymore than we do. Buddy is probably strongly considering all his offers at this point. We knew along time ago that he would consider cutting the list and visits after coaches make their September rounds. Nothing new here.
