Which I'm sure Greg Marshall would be more than happy to do. He'd probably make all the necessary phone calls and get scouts in the stands if that is what it takes.

Noel took a big drop on Rivals updated rankings. At this time he might not be considered our top rated prospect, but he's still number one in our hearts.
