He's a project offensively. But he has the ability to contribute early on in rebounding and on D.

Offensive potential. I'm not sure how skilled he is at the moment. Ramon gets too many shots blocked because he tries to lay everything in. And he's started to ball fake even when he doesn't need to because he's so paranoid about getting blocked. That's actually led to a couple more blocked shots than there should have been. Jerome has the big advantage of wanting to throw everything down. That will lead to fewer blocked shots. Ramon may actually have a little more range on his shot at the moment though.Originally posted by shocks02
I will say again though, that after three or so hours of non-stop hard work this summer, Jerome was still rebounding and finishing above the rim. He NEVER stopped working hard.
