#NotreDame sharpshooter Matt Ryan will be transferring, potential landing spots are St. John's, Wichita St. and Virgina

From what we are hearing, it looks like Wichita St. is the most likely landing spot

Looks like his minutes took a nose dive this season.

Its a good landing if you can walk away, its a great landing if the plane can be reused the next day.

Probably why he's looking for a change of scenery.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.

Good quarterback and athlete, but don't we have to question his NCAA eligibility?

6'7". I like tall shooters. So does the NBA (outside of sleepy-head that is).

80% of his shots are from behind the arc.

Was rated 90-115 by the major recruiting services. ESPN and 247 rate him as a 4 star while Rivals had him just outside the top 100. Scout had him as unrated, but the #28 SF in his class.

So he would be a sit and then 2 years left. Would be in Landrys, Austin, and CJs class.

Is he a '17-'18 walkon and a two-year scholarship player in the years after we lose last year's Jr. class? We need some height in '18-'19.

I'd rather not lose a current player (in addition to the one we're already losing) to give this guy a scholarship for a sit-out year. There's a possibility that a current player is leaving that the coaches know about that would open up a scholarship.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

Coach would figure that out. He's tall but if 80 percent of his shots are 3s, does he have any driving/inside game?
