Yea, but it is 2 years out. Kind of hard to tell who is blowing smoke and who actually wants him.

KC Pump N Run plays today at 615 and Dixon is a big part of why they expect to go back to back in Lawrence.

The best talent out of KC will not go to WSU. It's a KU, Mizzou love fest up here. WSU get's no run up here publicity wise, the kid is probably thinking Wichita Who?

                Sad, but true. Let's see...

                Warren Armstrong Jabali (1960s)
                Steve Gray (1970s)
                John Cooper 1980s
                ???? (1990s)
                Jamar Howard (2000s)

I think we have already hit our quota for this decade....

But hey, maybe CGM can break tradition, or start a new one altogether.

Won't know if we don't try...

Havent heard the name in years.

I dont remember him being from KC but until I got into high school I rarely cared where players came from. I knew Ryan Herrs was from McPherson and Paul G was from PA. but outside of that :shrugs shoulders:

P.S. had some big scoring nights while in high-school. That was a "blast from the past" AZ. What about them Suns baby?
Shocker basketball will forever be my favorite team in all of sports.

I imagine Creighton doesn't get alot of play in KC, but CU managed to get Isaac Miles.

So, even though Omaha is a little closer to KC than Wichita is, it wouldn't be unheard of.
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

Dixon's team won the 16 and under class. Rivals is very high on his play during the Invitational. Said he made a case for one of the top five performers over the weekend and established himself in the 2009 class nationally.
