One of the criteria rivals and others use to rank recruits is likelihood to contribute at a major university. Three stars means starter as an upperclassman. I'm guessing since he signed at WSU h got the bump.

I thought he couldn't sign until April.

Thank you. I tend to use those words interchangeably despite the different meaning.

          • I remember when committing to WSU got a star taken away from a player. How times have changed

Wasn't that long ago that CJ Keyser lost a star the day he committed.

              • I was thinking about Austin Reaves last night and was dreaming about a player with the potential to be what I might imagine a Ron VanVleet or a Fred Baker would look like.

That's a player who gets hit in the face on every drive to the rim.

                    His name is Landry Shamet.

Maybe but keep in mind Austin was a pass-first point guard until he hit his growth spurt. But if we could have a Ron VanVleet and a Fred Baker on the same team that would about as good as it gets.

Do you think the Valley would let the Shocks wear that uniform on the road or would they say we are already too intimidating.

Not sure but the Valley would probably appreciate us playing with a patch over one eye.
Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

Actually I heard they are considering mandating that next year.
