Sounds like the Shockers are simply taking a look to see if he's a fit. Very well may be. Decent player in my humble opinion but he did look a little "stiff" in the video.

If he's stiff but can shoot threes, he's perfect for CU

This kid's style of play looks very similar to Peyton Allen. Could see us going after someone that can play both the 2 and 3 positions.

Squares up nicely, quick release, solid looking outside shooter.
Much bigger AR but can he play defense? Feet look a little slow.
Playing time as a frosh might be skimpy but in 2-3 years he
could be a very solid addition to the 2/3 spots

                    Shouldn't he go to Sunrise?

By the way, asiseeit, if all you look at with Reaves is his shooting, you're missing a LOT of his game. How does Flory compare to Reaves beyond shooting? I see Austin as a tall future PG for the Shocks, one who can also happen to shoot the lights out.

Now you may be thinking like Gregg. I would be totally surprised if they offered Flory a scholarship and didn't already know of a player who is already planning to leave. He just isn't good enough to recruit over another player. Other possibilities may be 5 years for 4 scholarship years or Gregg is still shaving in case of a rainy day.

He may not have the handles that Austin has, but he reminds me a little of him. Jeremy Morgan would be another comparison. Gregg may be looking for a creative solution to signing him. That would depend on if the high majors stay away.
