I have no idea if Anton is coming here. I do think it's wrong to "eliminate" him based on the content of that tweet. You are saying there is 0% chance he decided early and scheduled an announcement date. I disagree.
I suppose we will see how it all plays out.
The flip side is that maybe he hasn't decided yet and still chooses WSU, in which case we can presume that Russo was either mistaken or "let down easy".

He may have told WSU that he wants to come here, then filed the paperwork, but is waiting to announce it until its a done deal (which may have happened today, so he set up an announcement date, or he has been told to expect the approval by Friday).

For the record, I'm not declaring he is or isn't coming, has or hasn't committed. I'm just trying to connect the dots based on facts and reasonable speculation.

By the way, I agree with ShoxFan7 that Carl Hall was mostly a below the rim player -- but he was indeed extremely effective inside, even though a little smaller than Grady is (maybe he had a little more spring, though), and he could certainly dunk as required.Last edited by WSUwatcher; May 6, 2015, 05:23 PM.

But he still can still score in many ways and is good rebounder. He could play the 5 or 4. If he plays the 4 it would probably move a lot of Evan's minutes to the 3. I think we get him and it will be a great addition. We should be a very good perimeter shooting team and with Grady's minutes on the inside, it will keep defenses honest. In the fast lane
