He obviously can put the ball in the basket. I didn't see anything in the highlight video to indicate he has point guard skills. To me, he looks like another version of Ty Taylor. There's a lot of MVC teams that could use a kid with this talent even if he is a small shooting guard.

I'm thinking this young man can definitely get a ship somewhere. Even so, I would luv it if he would walk on here for a year, like Mr. Barney, and see what happens the following 4 Seasons for him here. Wishful thinking but I like finding local players and making them Shockers!!!!!!! IMO, in due time, I think Barney will play as a Shocker any maybe get a ship. In his lifetime, I doubt be has missed many Shocker games in person. Now, he Is a Shocker.

Sure agree with that. Today's Eagle mentioned he is averaging 26.8 ppg and shooting 85% on throws. Last night, they wrote that he scored 16 versus Heights but had to make 3-throws in a row from being fouled at the end to cast them into OT. He made 2 and missed the other with Heights winning 41-40. How many games did his team win due to all of his contributions and that will continue no matter where he lands. Nobody makes every solitary throw that I know about and this City Player has a bright future. Hopefully he will do great in the State Tourney around the corner.

He could get playing time depending on fouls or injuries. Otherwise, it will only be mop-up duty. I don't think he'll ever get a scholarship unless Marshall feels he will be better than the 3 and 4 star players that Marshall will be bringing in.

We find kids in rural Kansas and Arkansas and you think we don't know what's going on in Wichita?

Not to be negative, but there's a reason that Coppin State and Sam Houston State are the only Division I schools so far to make offers.
