Count me unimpressed by his mixtape. 95% was fast break dunks. 2 contested threes, three blocks, and 2 plays where he actually broke the defense down and scored.

Mix tapes are all for show but you can't deny this kids size and athleticism. He would be legendary in the Valley.

          Baby Durant

Shocks02, just a minor correction here. If Michael Porter is really a soph as you say, then he is not in the Class of 2017, but the Class of 2018. My grandson in Jeff City is a Jr & he is in the Class of 2017. My grandson has played against Porter 2 or 3 years ago. He is the real deal. He also goes to a high school in Columbia where a close friend of mine has a grandson who played with him. The young man is now at Truman State on a basketball scholarship. I was hoping my grandson would turn out to be really good in basketball, but it's not so. He is very good in all phases of basketball except shooting where he is average. As such, he is pursuing a scholarship in a different sport.

              Michael Porter

Well, I at least got the part right about this kid being pretty good. I just missed the part about the post on his class being a year old. -:)
