This guy's recruitment has been unusually quiet these last few months considering where he was ranked a year ago. Anyone with some insight?

Injuries. I believe he only played one AAU game IIRC.

I've looked back through, and I'm still not sure -- is this coming season KJ's senior year at Sunrise, or a post-grad year? I'm thinking the latter, but not positive.

Trop, can you confirm one way or the other?

Saw him play tonight for sunrise at the next level academy on north Webb
Defense was very shakey tonight. Sit on the bench with foul trouble most of the game. There is a kid named rose on the team as well. Seemed wayyyy more polished.

If you are talking about #11, that's Roosevelt Smart

Yes that would be him. Number eleven.

That certainly answers a lot of questions.

They've had seniors on the post grad team before. Pretty sure Tom Tom Naim was a senior when he played on their prep team. I know Santos has been listed as a 2016 since 2014.

I didn't even realize he was there if that tells you anything

I follow the Elite team closer because of all of the intriguing possibilities

Did they have Roman Young on the Prep team and he run the team at point with Smart at SG?

No Roman did not play last night on the Prep team. Some kid from Delaware was the PG much of the time.
