So here's your scenario, Stickboy. Woods commits to Carolina, the Heels and St. Roy get nailed with a probation for running amuck with their widespread use of bogus "paper" courses, and Woods has second thoughts. Then he sees an article in his local paper some weekend about the saga of Xavier McDaniel, decides to expand his geographic horizons, and ends up as WSU's PG recruit for next year's class.
Why the hell not? Eventually Calipari is going to run out of scholarships.

Edit: Hey, Ricky, Seventh wasn't breaking your heart; he just read that part about your life being complete and didn't want to deprive the rest of us of your company.

I'm not as surprised by this as some others seem to be. The kid gets to sign with UNC, which will keep him firmly as a top rated 5 star recruit. If UNC gets the proverbial slap on the wrist that many are expecting, then he gets to go to a program (almost misspoke myself and called it a school) that will automatically project him as a highly ranked draft prospect regardless of his or his team's production. On the other hand, if the NCAA does as it should and gives UNC the death penalty, he will be released from his NLI and be free to re-open his recruitment and move on to another school of his choosing. I don't see the negative from his position."You Don't Have to Play a Perfect Game. Your Best is Good Enough."
