Man that sure sounds like a kid that would be a perfect fit for a Gregg Marshall program.

Question is, has or will Gregg and company had/have the opportunity to make that clear to Jordan...

Might be worth mentioning in a Tweet that he would fit in good at Wichita State (just don't direct it at him).

if the kid needs the fanbase to kiss his ass before he even steps foot in WIchita...then he has another thing coming...I mean damn...Wichita State fans should keep some dignity..if you want to say tweet or facebook or whatever out the goodness of your heart then by all means...but we shouldnt have to go out of our ways to wooo him...I think our program speaks for itself...he should be smart enough to do what he feels without fans having to smooch up

Here's an interesting article from *******'s visit to UNM. No mention of WSU in the article, but he is my kind of guy! Also, don't know if it was mentioned, but he was first team JUCO AA after averaging 19 and 5 this year on a loaded team. As a freshman, he averaged 18 and 7. He's a 30% shooter from deep and isn't afraid to let em fly (6 attempts per game). ******* is a big time JC recruit on the level of Cleanthony and Carl.

“I’m a team player first,” ******* said. “It may sound cliché or corny, but I’d rather have zero points and win than have 30 points and lose. I’ve been that dude before where I’m scoring 30 or 40 and I broke a scoring record, but did I win? You can play against a good player, but can you beat him?”

In order to read the story you have to answer ONE question and then click to see the story.

“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

I have a different take. JG just said he was impressed with the fan support of New Mexico. I'm sure a lot of recruits care about that as do potential coaches. The difference is that college age kids measure fan support in a different way than 5 years ago. Social media is an important thing to them. Eric Hamilton was very impressed with WSU fans, in part from his visit but also from their social media presence. Nothing wrong with that. I hope Jordan realizes we have a great fan base which will welcome him with open arms if he chooses to become a Shocker.

Totally agree with Mad. I think I understand what choida is about in this regard but I think we tend to not put this in the perspective of the prospect. Heck, we all love Wichita State and 3G and believe every recruit ought to play here. But, oddly enough, these recruits actually have minds of their own. I'm hopeful ******* has seen enough of what Wichita State offers, from immediate playing time on a NC contender to fan base. But the suspense is about to kill me.

i hope the young man does come to Wichita State...I was really referring to the post about showing him love on Twitter in a way not to direct the attention directly at him...that to me just seems like too much effort to get someones attention...if he wants to see the level of love he gets come to college athletic forums like this one and he can see he has the support...One meeting with 3G should be more then sufficient to a recruit to figure out whether you fit or dont...and thats me being a bit of a homer...GOSHOX

So if it's Monday and he's finished his New Mexico visit and hasn't announced yet, can we postulate that he's not signing with New Mexico? (Of course we can, it's SN afterall!)

I'm still holding out hope. I don't know why other than I am caught up in the hype of a top five JUCO AA and I think he fits Cle's departed 4 spot.

I read somewhere that he is looking to make an official visit to Wichita. I don't remember the article, but it mentioned him wanting to visit here
