        • It was Capitols fault for taking me off topic.

And I don't thing Ben was really 6-5. Tremendous offensive rebounder for his size.

                From the article...

"6’8 F Rashard Kelly (Wichita State) also finished with 10 points for the night. He is a big time athlete who can guard multiple positions on the court. Kelly was most effective at driving to the basket and initiating contact for fouls. He has toughness on the court that will translate well in the Wichita State system."

That is going to be a key attribute with the new anti-defense rules.

                  • 6'8"?

Looks like the swagger that comes with committing to WSU will put 2 inches on a guy.

Saw that as well -- just stand tall, Rashard. Maybe if Tim Rowe does the right thing and pledges to WSU he'll be that 6-11 some posters want him to be.

                        Dan hates Stutz, FYI.

                        • Hate is pretty strong. Prefers quick, athletic players is more like it.

There are a few posters that could learn from this response. Answer is to the point, concise and no personal attack or calling your mama something bad.

                            • Carl Hall at 24 had a extremely fine Senior year. He had some weaknesses his junior year with his free throw shooting and didn't have any type of a face up game from 10-15', and he was a little inconsistent. The extra year of maturity and working on his game helped him. Stutz was a very good offensive player and defensive rebounder who struggled on the defensive end because of his lack or quickness. He would have benefited from an extra year with more strength and maturity. Personally, I just like to watch good players. Redshirts do benefit certain players and hope that we can continue to benefit from players who are willing to do this.

                              • I should have added to the last post to stay on point that I think that Rashard Kelly is an athletic, quick player who may or may not benefit from a redshirt year.
