Disagree soft is too harsh on JT. I'd go more with undisciplined/lazy his first 3 years which prevented him from realizing his true potential.

Getting back to the subject of the thread Isaac Haas, he seems like a good player
with a lot of competition for his services. I hope we do get him.

I'm with you there Brother. Looks like the Coaching staff has their work cut for them to make this happen but hopefully he will follow through with an offcial visit where 3G, his staff and the Shocker team can work their magic.

Hopefully, Isaac will come to the conclusion that becoming a Shocker is the best move for his future. Would be a great get.

JT had a big butt and could really clear the lane. Off to the interwebs to conduct a search on our fine alumnus.

Maybe the mighty Steve Forbes can help with some of that Dixie magic.

Tweet from Blackand Gold.com. They also tweeted Haas was watched today by Matt Painter and Gregg Marshall.

"Alabama center Isaac Haas said he will visit #Purdue officially 8/24 weekend. Also will official to UCLA, Texas A&M and UAB. No dates yet"

I might add that it seems curious that he seemed sure for a visit following Purdue a week or two ago and now not so.

Sounds like he already has his Top 4 and just needs a 5th visit as his filler.

Little does he know that his fifth visit will change his mind about the other four?

Haas has been listing the leaders for his services a long time. It's always fluid and appears strongly influenced by the level of attention a school is giving him. UAB has probably always given him the most attention and are
always on the list and considered, if not stated as the leader. Maybe we have backed off some. Or perhaps the likes of Georgetown and or UCLA have turned on the heat.

Add Virginia and Wake Forest. Haas now has a top seven instead of 5 but he says it will be one of those seven. WSU, Wake Forest and Virginia have to wait to see if they get an official and will be considered at the end.
