Runs and jumps like Withey; uses both hands well like Stutz; what I didn't see was the outside shooting of Miller. Better than any of them were as freshman (looks like)...

This has been on Tweeter for a few days but we failed to mention it. Haas will visit Purdue near the end of August and WSU some time after that.

This guy would be a great get and we definitely need to bring in some size in the '14 class as it appears we'll only have Carter and Morris returning there. So bringing in two or even three bigs wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. We'll still be loaded at the guard positions with Cotton, Baker, Wessel, FVV, Bowles and Holland. Throw in Green and Brown as well as wing types and we can definitely focus on bigs the rest of the way. Defintely need two more.

Carpenter Place - A blessing to many young girls/women
ICT S.O.S - Great local cause fighting against human trafficking
Wartick Insurance Agency - Saved me money with more coverage.

Getting rid of the locals could be a positive sign.

The only slight problem I see with this is that our wonderful conference doesn't always allow us to get up and down like we want to. UNI, Evansville, and the like plod along so slow that sloths get offended. Now, get us into a setting where an opponent wants to have a track meet (see Detroit game)...and Katy bar the door!

However, while the likes of UNI and UE won't change, I see Bradley, SWOMO, ISU and perhaps DU moving in the direction of a more up and down style. ISUb may to some degree as well. They may not all want to run just like us, but I think once some of these new coaches start getting more of their players in and their system established, you'll see a little more up and down in the MVC. Teams will still play D though and that was the big difference in the Detroit game. They didn't appear to know what D was.

I like this kid, but that article is full of WTH.

He's not interested in Alabama because he, a very large anglo, likes to "get up and down the court".

I know Alabama likes to D it up, but I don't remember them grinding out a half court game of multiple screens on offense.

                      What am I missing here?

It could also be that he's decided to get away from home to go to school. So maybe 'Bama has the style but are too close and the other locals don't have the style and are too close.

After watching the video posted, it's not hard to believe that he likes to get up and down the court. Moves very good for a big man. Withey with better post moves is what I see.
