Both lists are very good, and I would take any of them. But because of Omar Sherman's size (6'8 and 220-330), I like him a little more than London. Reports say that he can play with his back to the basket or stretch the court, and hit the 3. But London's great too running the court.

It would be great if our recruiting guru was psychic as well.

It's also at least possible, given what we've read recently about Earl Watson's academic issues, that he could be the new Fridge Holman, in the sense of hanging in there until he finally gets his schooling taken care of and then ultimately becoming one of the four 2014 scholarships -- or even conceivably, depending on his commitment to WSU, which sounded pretty strong once upon a time (and also on WSU's patience with him), a walk-on for a season (at whatever point that occurred) and then a one-year scholarship player.

In that case, it's possible there may be one commitment, one belated arrival, and two openings left (or three, depending on whether Watson and WSU would be able to agree on his walking on for a season). Regardless, Watson definitely seems to be something of a question mark in projecting for the future.

Hopefully he won't be wearing any headbands.

Oh he can wear them, just don't throw them.

Good point, 21 -- LeBron seems to do all right playing with his Fridge model headband.

Anyway, getting back to London, it's hard not to be excited about him as a future Shocker. He looks like he could be a great addition. I just would be surprised if the Shocks go all big with their remaining 2014 recruits, especially if Brown's commitment stands up. if Watson is still a possibility at some point, and with good-looking PG prospects like Omega Harris out there. But if they're going to do it, this is probably the year for it, because they're deep and versatile at the guard and wing spots, with only Cotton being even a junior next year. Everyone else is a sophomore or under.

I can't imagine we would choose Watson over London at this point.

I agree that a promising high schooler has some appeal vs. an academically dubious juco. But the coaches know Watson's game and academic progress better than we do, so I'll trust their judgment. Watson did sign, after all; and as I noted above, he's been steadfast in his commitment for a long time, which counts for something. It also sounds as though there could be room for both. Remember, there are four scheduled openings next year, and that's not counting the Armstead Memorial Walk-On possibility.

Top 100 also has some appeal.
