A couple of inches shorter, but I like Beverly better as a stretch 4. Beverly is more athletic, quicker, stronger, and a better ball handler. We shouldn't waste the scholarship for a year.

        I thought Beverly was 6'5"

I like what I see from Meeks and we need a PF or two. He could spell the C if need be. Decently athletic, a quick release and nice looking shot. Respectable handles for a 4/5 type.

He'd be another solid acquisition to offer stability.

As a high school recruit, I think he was listed at 6'5. At Miami, he was listed at 6'7.

              I've seen him at both 6'5" and 6'6" but he's a 2/3 type and not a 3/4 type.

Germany is a 5. Meeks looks to be more of a stretch 4, which we could use. The question would be, I think, is do you like Meeks as much or more than Isaac Abidde.

MEEKS. He looks like a perfect fit to me. Beverly looks like a SF to me.......a strong SF forward though. Amas at PG, JP at SG, Beverly at SF, this Meeks kid would make a nice PF and then Germany and KP. Anything else would be icing.

Don’t forget Colby Rogers at the 2. He’s a difference maker.

A couple of questions…. Is there anything out there linking this guy’s recruitment to WSU? Also does anyone recall how this guy did against us in the KC tournament last season?

He had 8 and 6 with 3 assists against us.

The fact that this name was posted by 02 is enough

I am pretty sure I talked to this kid’s Mother at our hotel. She was pretty high on him. She talked a little trash but it was fun.

I think I saw he was from the KC area, but that’s the only connection I could see. Maybe 02 can enlighten us?
