Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

I dunno. Ask HCGM.

Speculations about Bush being a future scholartship player were made in another thread. I didn't want to threadjack those threads with comments about Bush, so I'm bumping this thread.
Local fans always seem to be over-enthusiastic about local talent. We want to see the local guys do good.
Bush was all-state in a large HS classification and had some great numbers in HS. To be effective in college, he'd have to move from post to either an undersized PF or SF. Bush has the exact talent (height) to be an effective HS player with a tough transition to D1 ball. I've not seen all these guys play, but I'm going to make a guess that Hall, Early, Wiggins, White, Green, Hawkins, Watson, Orukpe, Lufile are quicker, faster, more coordinated, and more athletic than Bush.
Bush strikes me as a more coordinated (at his age) 6'6" version of Stutz. I could be wrong and he could end up being a 6'6" version of Hatch, but I'm not optimistic about that direction of his future. I wish him the best, but I'm not looking for him to be more than walk-on during his WSU career. The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.

“He’s a one-in-a-million type of kid that I’ll get to coach,” said Blue, who is coaching Eisenhower this season after seven years at Goddard. “To say we’re lucky is probably the biggest understatement ever. The fact that he has continued to grow and be able to play at a high level at guard … it’s just one of those things where I’ll never get to coach another one like him.”

He has himself listed as a "guard at Wichita State" on twitter. Now I'm pretty sure Marshall doesn't update his twitter page for him but I think 2-3 will be his position. He may always be a walk on I don't know, but he is a guard not a PF/C.

No, he's probably not the next WSU superstar, however you might be surprised by his quickness and athleticism.
