Shocker's interest is picking up for Chicago De La Salle's SG Alvin Ellis. He is a 3 star on both Rivals and Scout and has a Northwestern offer. Some others interested include Missouri, Miami (FL), DePaul, Illinois and Missouri State. ChicagoHoops has Ellis ranked #7 in Chicago's strong 2013 class.

Ellis is the 2nd member of De La Salle who has interest from the Shocker staff. The first we knew about was Alex Foster. From what I can tell, I don't believe there is mutual interest from Foster. De La Salle's record is currently 14-2.
